All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of hgo88.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, hgo88 may — at its sole discretion — forfeit some or all of the balance held in the account. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (e.g., market withdrawal), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing should contact support. Any remaining balance will be processed as a standard withdrawal subject to KYC verification requirements.
